We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns on opened or used supplement products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items purchased on sale (final sale items)
- Gift cards
- Custom or promotional bundle items
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately with photo/video proof, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
To receive a refund:
- The item must be returned to us
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
